The trip south was absolutely awesome, the views when you weren't in a tunnel that went for 17klms was just something that has to be seen to be believed.
Lake Lucerne is huge with the towns built right down on the water or way up in the hills, who knows how they get up to them or why you'd want to live up there in the first place.
There was road tunnel after road tunnel but then you'd come out into these beautiful sections of mountain scenery. Our only regret was that you're not allowed to stop on the autobahn so there were very limited stopping spots for taking photos.
